Oat and curd bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 packets of baking powder
  • 250 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 250 g oat flakes, fine
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

simple – without wheat flour – without icing

Whisk the eggs, quark, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Then add the oats and mix everything with a dough hook. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and press it flat, using a spatula or similar. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for one hour. Let it cool before slicing.
