Chocolate muffins moist and quick

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter or margarine
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g flour
  • 4 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 175 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 160°C fan/convection oven. Grate the chocolate. Combine all ingredients and about 2/3 of the chocolate in a bowl and mix. Pour the batter into 12 muffin cups and spread the remaining chocolate over the top. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 25 minutes. Approximately 317 kcal per muffin.
