- 300 Size Cooked pasta from the previous day
- 50 Size Diced pork belly
- 1 Red onion cut into rings
- 5 small branches Fresh rosemary
- Salt
- Cubeb pepper from the mill
- Chilli oil for frying
- Heat the chilli oil in a pan and fry the pasta, bacon and onion rings. 5 minutes before the end of boiling, add the rosemary to the pan and season everything to taste. That was a small meal in the evening. I’m not one of the low carb people. Have fun cooking at home! LG, Gudrun :-)))
