Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • 6 eggs
  • 500 g Miracle Whip
  • salt and pepper
  • Margarine for frying
  • Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Fry the bacon cubes in a pan. In a second pan, make scrambled eggs with the eggs. Important: Do not cook the bacon and egg together in the same pan. Allow all ingredients to cool. Once cooled, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with the mayonnaise. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and Fondor. Let it chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.
