Tortellini in cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tortellini
  • salt water
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 150 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the package instructions. Finely chop the onion, mushrooms, and ham and fry. Deglaze with the flour and cream. Place the tortellini in a baking dish with the cream sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
