  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ bunch radishes
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 turkey breast fillets
  • 20 ml oil (walnut oil)
  • 20 ml vinegar
  • 125 ml yogurt
  • 1 ½ tsp herbs
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp sugar

Instructions

Wash, peel, stem, or core all salad ingredients as needed. Divide large lettuce leaves. Chop the tomatoes and bell peppers, and slice the onion, radish, and cucumber. Mix the dressing ingredients and toss into the salad.
