Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 jar mixed pickles
  • 250 g meat sausage
  • 100g Gouda
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

refreshing salad for warm summer days

Drain the mixed pickles and chop them finely. Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, bologna, and Gouda cheese and add everything to a salad bowl. Mix the yogurt and mayonnaise in a separate bowl and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar to taste. Pour the salad over the ingredients. Let it sit for 1-2 hours. We like to serve it with herb baguette or simply on its own.
