Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 750 g tortellini
- 250 g cooked ham
- 250g Gouda
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 can of corn, approx. 330 g
- 500 g natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 38 minutes
Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, dice the cooked ham and Gouda cheese. Cut the cherry tomatoes and cucumber into roughly equal-sized pieces. Wash the leek, halve it lengthwise, and cut into strips. Finely chop the basil and chives and place everything in a large bowl with the corn. After cooking, rinse the tortellini in cold water in a colander and let it cool further, then add it to the bowl. For the dressing, mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise and ketchup in a smaller bowl. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Pour everything over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
