Minced meat and sour cream cake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 220 g flour
  • 140 g butter
  • 80 g sour cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 onions
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g sour cream
  • 150 g vegetables (e.g. 2 carrots, 1 leek, 1 bell pepper)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

For the dough, knead together flour, butter, sour cream, and salt and chill overnight. Dice the onions and sauté in oil until translucent, then add the minced meat and fry. Add the chopped vegetables and fry briefly. Let everything cool thoroughly. Mix in 150g of cheese with 2 eggs and the sour cream. Season to taste. Roll out the dough and line a round, greased cake pan. Pour in the minced meat mixture and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for about 50 minutes.
