Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 puff pastry
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot(s)
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp mixed herbs, frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Line a greased springform pan with the puff pastry. Chop and steam the vegetables, then spread them on the puff pastry. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and Fondor and fry until crumbly. Then spread it over the vegetables. Finally, make a sauce with two beaten eggs, a cup of crème fraîche, the herbs, and a little paprika powder, and spread it over the mixture. Then bake at 170°C for 40 minutes.
