Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 450 g puff pastry, frozen
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 g carrot(s)
- 200 g zucchini
- 200 g broccoli
- 300 g minced meat
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml cream
- Parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
- some flour for rolling out
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Thaw the dough sheets and roll them out on a floured work surface. Cut out a circle the size of the diameter of the springform pan, line a rinsed springform pan with it, and cut the leftover dough into long strips. Then clean, wash, and chop the vegetables and blanch them in salted water for 3 minutes. Briefly fry the minced meat with the chopped onion, season, and spread it on the dough along with the well-drained vegetables and parsley. Whisk together the eggs and cream, season, and pour over the cake. Finally, arrange the dough strips in a lattice pattern and brush with a little egg wash. Baking time: approx. 35 minutes at 180°C. This dish can be served hot or cold.
