Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg roast beef
  • salt and pepper
  • some broth or water
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • Paprika powder
  • Mustard
  • possibly sauce thickener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Rub the roast with the spices and place it in the greased UltraPlus pan with the onion and a little liquid. Cover and cook in the oven at 200°C for about 75 minutes. Then thicken the sauce.
