Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g pork goulash
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green, diced
  • 3 spring onions, cut into rings
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Tupperware recipe / microwave

Spread oil in the UltraPlus. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and paprika and place it in the UltraPlus. Cover and cook in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 minutes. Combine the tomatoes, bell peppers, spring onions, cream, and tomato paste and pour over the meat. Cook for another 15 minutes at 600 watts. Then let stand for another 5 minutes.
