Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 200 g butter
- 200 g chocolate (cooking chocolate)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp instant coffee powder
- 5 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
simple, delicious and best served warm
Slowly melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Sift the sugar, flour, and coffee powder together and mix into a glossy batter. Crack in the eggs (careful not to overcook them) and pour into a tart pan. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
