Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml oil
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 175 g flour
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Super easy and super fluffy, for 12 muffins

Makes 12 muffins. First, mix the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Then add the oil and natural yogurt and mix everything together briefly. Then mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the remaining ingredients. Mix vigorously again until you have a nice, smooth batter. Now you can get really creative. You can either mix in chocolate pieces or, after pouring the batter into the muffin cases, press a chocolate bonbon into them. Another option is to put fruit in the cases. Or you can leave the muffins unfilled. Bake at 150°C fan-assisted oven or 200°C top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes and check with a skewer whether they are cooked through. Let cool on a baking tray. You can then decorate the muffins with chocolate and sprinkles, dust with powdered sugar, or just leave them as they are.
