Cream cheese spread with radishes, ham and egg

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 3 radishes
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g diced ham
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, boil the eggs for 5 minutes. Let the eggs cool. Chop the radishes and stir them into the cream cheese. Then arrange the ham cubes on top of the cream cheese. Slice the eggs into wedges and arrange them on top of the ham. Finally, sprinkle the finely chopped parsley over the eggs. I’ve brought this spread to the breakfast buffet many times, and it’s always been a hit. You can also make it with spring onions, bell peppers, etc., or leave out the ham cubes for a vegetarian version.
