Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- olive oil
- 140 g tomato paste (1 can)
- 1 tsp basil, dried
- ½ tsp oregano, dried
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- 125 ml red wine
- Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until light yellow. Add the minced meat and fry. Stir in the passata, tomato paste, dried herbs, and sugar. Season with the broth, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in the red wine and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat (on level 1 on an electric stove). Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
