Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- ½ bag of tagliatelle pasta
- ½ tube(s) Tomato paste, 3x concentrated
- 2 cubes of stock, fat
- n. B. water
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Brown the minced meat with salt and pepper until crumbly. Then add the tomato paste and tagliatelle pasta. Add enough water to just cover the pasta. Crumble the stock cube by hand and add it to the pot. Simmer over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
