Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 240 g apples, peeled, pitted, diced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp walnuts, ground
- 40 g Gouda, grated
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp coffee cream
- marjoram
- salt and pepper
- 350 g pizza dough
- 240 g black pudding without skin, sliced
- 100 g mozzarella, sliced
- 25 g shallot(s), cut into rings
- olive oil

hearty and spicy
Heat the butter and fry the apple cubes for 3-4 minutes, then remove from the pan. Sprinkle with walnuts and let cool. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Mix the Gouda and crème fraîche with the cream until creamy and season with marjoram, pepper, and salt. Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press down the edges all around. Spread the cheese cream over the entire surface, arrange the apple cubes on top, and arrange the black pudding and mozzarella slices on top. Scatter the onion rings over the pizza and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven on the middle rack for 15-18 minutes. Cut the pizza into portions and season with marjoram and pepper before serving. A green salad goes well with the pizza.
