Linguini with crab tails

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g crabs (crab tails)
  • 2 Pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely diced
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • 2 stalks of basil
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 3 stalks of thyme
  • 500 g pasta, linguini (flat spaghetti)
  • 10 ml olive oil, cold pressed
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean the peppers, remove the seeds, and finely dice. Remove the stems from the herbs and finely chop. Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Sauté the garlic in 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan until translucent, remove from the pan, and set aside. Season the crayfish tails and fry briefly in the pan. Add the remaining oil, herbs, garlic, and peppers. Briefly toss and mix with the drained pasta.
