Swedish salmon noodles with cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, e.g. Trulli
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 300 g double cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 g Arctic shrimp(s) in brine
  • 150 g smoked salmon, sliced
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 tbsp capers, from the jar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, and garlic well. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the shrimp. Cut the salmon into strips. Wash and finely chop the dill. Trim, wash, and slice the spring onions. Remove two ladles (approx. 200 ml) of pasta water and stir into the cream cheese. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Add the shrimp, salmon, dill, spring onions, and capers. Pour the cream cheese sauce over the top, mix well, and serve. 420 kcal per serving
