Mulled wine jelly à la ma-ja

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml mulled wine
  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 1 packet of gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring all ingredients to a boil in a tall saucepan and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into jars while still hot and let stand upside down for about 5 minutes.
