Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup cucumber(s), diced
- 1 cup radishes, cut into sticks
- 1 cup chicory, cut into strips
- 4 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- 2 tbsp oil (hazelnut oil)
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 3 tsp marmalade (orange)
- 16 prawns
- 4 tbsp chili sauce (sweet chili chicken sauce)
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- possibly ginger powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the jam with the spices and vinegar, then whisk vigorously with the oil. Dress each salad separately with the dressing and arrange in even strips in a large square on plates. Butter the prawns (cutting open the thick end of each one). Heat the chili sauce in a pan and add the prawns. Fry briefly, let cool slightly, and place each one on the corners of the salad squares. Serve immediately. Tip: If desired, drizzle the salad with the juices before serving.
