Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potato(s), cooked, peeled,
- 8 sausages (Wiener)
- 300 ml milk
- 3 tsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s)
- cream
- butter
- chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slice the potatoes and sausages. Finely chop the onion. Cut the chives into small rings. Fry the onions in hot oil, add the bell peppers, cook briefly, then add the sausages. Cook briefly over medium heat. After 5 minutes, add the potatoes, milk, and tomato paste. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the cream, bring to a boil, and season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with chives.
