Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 avocados
- 500 g shrimp(s)
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 lime(s)
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Thaw the shrimp, wash, and pat dry. Briefly fry them in a pan with a little olive oil, then set aside. Chop the onion, tomatoes, and avocados. Make a vinaigrette with the oil, squeezed lime juice, mustard, salt, and pepper. Chop the shrimp into smaller pieces. Combine everything in a bowl, pour the vinaigrette over the shrimp, and mix again.
