Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 1 pack of vanilla, ground
- 125 g sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 50 g cornstarch
- 175 g flour
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 kg rhubarb
- 100 g butter
- 135 g sugar
- 1 pack of vanilla, ground
- 1 large egg(s)
- 500 g quark (20% fat)
- 85 g cornstarch
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
for a baking tray
Mix the dough ingredients into a batter. Spread it into a prepared roasting pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (fan oven) for 10 minutes. Peel and coarsely chop the rhubarb. Mix the remaining ingredients well and add the rhubarb. Spread everything over the dough. Bake for another 30-45 minutes at approximately 160°C (fan oven).
