an easy and quick recipe

You’ll need a generous piece of aluminum foil, which you fold once. Place the feta cheese (I prefer Patros) on the foil and sprinkle with paprika. Then place the diced onion on top and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap the feta in aluminum foil and place it in the oven at a low temperature (approx. 180°C) for about 15 minutes. As a side dish, I use either a baguette or a flatbread, drizzle it with olive oil, and bake it briefly until golden brown. If you like, you can serve the feta with olives.
