Cook the macaroni for about 6 minutes until al dente. While the pasta is cooking, finely chop the onion and garlic. Halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the salami and ham into small pieces. Combine the herbed cream cheese, mustard, tomato paste, and a little of the garlic in a bowl and mix. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Add the olive oil to a large pan and sauté the onions and the remaining garlic. Then add the tomatoes to the pan. Add the al dente macaroni and the cream cheese mixture to the pan, mix everything together, and then transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and the Italian herbs. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
