Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pork (shredded)
- 8 slice(s) toasted bread
- 1 large onion(s), finely diced
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 8 half peach(s) from the can
- 1 tbsp peach juice
- 1 banana(s), sliced
- 1 tbsp almond flakes, roasted
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
- ¼ liter of milk
- 3 tbsp sweet cream
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp broth, granulated
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the meat in clarified butter. Add the diced onion, mushrooms, and 1 tablespoon of curry powder. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Then remove from the pan, season with salt, and keep warm. For the sauce, whisk the milk with the cornstarch and stock powder. Add to the pan drippings and simmer for a few minutes, stirring continuously. Then stir in the remaining curry powder, cream, and peach juice. Season with salt. Add the meat to the sauce, add the banana slices, and heat through. Spread on the toast and top each with a peach half. Garnish with almond slivers.
