Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • salt water
  • Butter for the baking tray
  • 250 g onion(s), diced
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • 300 g leek, cut into rings
  • 1 small can of tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp ketchup (curry ketchup)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • n. B. garlic
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Sheet noodles

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, and spread on a buttered baking sheet. Brown the meat and onions. Add the bell peppers, leek rings, and tomatoes. Season with pepper, salt, sugar, garlic, ketchup, and oregano. Spread the mixture over the pasta. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 35 minutes at 180°C.
