Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 cans of crabs, drained, rinsed and dried (Aldi), reserving some of the stock
  • 1 small can of pineapple, in pieces, drained

Whisk the sour cream slightly with a fork, add lemon juice and pepper. Fold in the remaining ingredients and season. You can add crab stock to taste, but depending on the sweetness of the pineapple (I like to use unsweetened or fresh), the sauce can also be flavored with the juice. Serve with baguette.
