very refreshing starter
Rinse the crabs under water. Drain well. Halve the papaya, remove the seeds, and cut into 4 thin slices. Cut the remaining slices into small pieces for garnish. Halve the avocados, scoop out the flesh, and cut the flesh into pieces. Set the hollowed-out shells aside for filling. Place the crabs, papaya pieces, and avocado pieces in a bowl and mix well. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and ginger powder, if desired, and let it sit briefly. Fill the hollowed-out avocado halves with the cocktail mix directly onto the plates and garnish with papaya slices and dill. Serve with bread, if desired, and garnish with sliced tomatoes.
