  • 800 ml water
  • 4 tea bags (forest fruit)
  • 200 ml nectar (currant), red
  • 4 stalks of lemon balm

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Low-calorie, tasty tea with lemon balm

Brew wild berry tea with boiling water and let it steep for about 6 minutes. Let the tea cool and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Pour in the blackcurrant nectar. Add 4 lemon balm sprigs. Tip: Add a few skewered berries and crushed ice.
