Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 10 small potatoes, mostly waxy
- 1 vegetable onion(s)
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Oil for frying
- 1 tsp rosemary
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- chili flakes

fast, easy and simple
Cut the bell peppers into small cubes. Wash and roughly dice the potatoes (you can also peel them if you prefer). Finely slice the onion. Heat the oil in a large, deep pan. Add the minced meat and fry until well cooked. Add the potatoes and onion. Add a little rosemary to allow the flavor to infuse into the potatoes. Cover and fry for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the bell peppers and fry, covered, for another 10 minutes. Drain the corn and broad beans. Wash the kidney beans and add everything after they have drained. Stir in the tomato paste and season with pepper, salt, paprika, rosemary, and chili flakes, if desired. Let stand, covered, for another 5 minutes, and season to taste.
