Gnocchi with peas and spinach

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g gnocchi from the refrigerated section
  • 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed or chopped
  • 1 pinch of chili flakes
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 200 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 200 ml cream
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the gnocchi according to your taste and the package instructions, or fry until golden brown. Briefly fry the garlic and chili flakes in a little oil – be careful with the chili, otherwise it will quickly become very hot! Add the peas and spinach leaves and let them thaw. Pour in the cream and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix the gnocchi with the sauce and serve.
