Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 liters of flowers – leaves from a strongly scented rose
  • 1 ½ liters of water
  • 1 packet of citric acid
  • 300 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

Please only use unsprayed flowers

Pour boiling water over the rose petals, cover, and let stand for 24 hours. Then strain through cheesecloth, mix the liquid with the citric acid, add the sugar, bring to a boil, and bottle while still hot.
