Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2,500 g strawberries
- 200 g sugar
- 5 g preserving aid
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash bottles thoroughly, clean caps, and boil if possible. Hull strawberries, wash if necessary, bring to a boil in a large pot and simmer gently for at least 30 minutes. Puree with a hand blender, bring back to a boil, sprinkle with the preserving aid and stir in. Pour into bottles while still hot and seal immediately.
