Pasta with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Cut smoked salmon into thin strips and spring onions into rings. Bring cream, milk, and orange juice to a boil, using the cream jug as a measuring cup for milk and orange juice. Stir in smoked salmon and season with salt and pepper. Heat spring onions in the sauce. Mix drained pasta with the sauce (the pasta will absorb the sauce and become wonderfully creamy).
