Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g tagliatelle
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 2 cups of cream (200 g each)
- 1 tbsp, leveled vegetable broth
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Cut the salmon into small pieces and fry in butter. Once cooked through, add the cream and vegetable stock and bring the sauce to a boil. To serve, transfer the pasta to plates and then pour the sauce over the pasta.
