Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta shells
- 300 g smoked salmon
- 2 tsp stock powder
- 4 tbsp Gouda, grated
- ½ bunch of dill
- ½ bunch chives
- ½ bunch parsley, flat
- 200 ml cream
- ½ lemon(s), zest and juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash the herbs. Finely chop the parsley and dill, and cut the chives into small rolls. Mix the herbs with the Gouda, add the bouillon powder, some lemon zest and juice, and stir in the cream. Cut the salmon into short strips. Bring the water to a boil, add the pasta, and simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the sauce until the cheese has melted. Now add the salmon. Drain the pasta, toss with the sauce, and serve.
