Super easy and great for getting kids excited about cooking!

First, chop the meat, peppers, and onions into small pieces. Heat a little fat in a wok. Then fry the meat and onions in the wok. When the meat is white all over, add the peppers and fry for a little more. Then add the tomato paste and stir until everything is evenly distributed. Then add the water and stir. While the sauce is simmering, cook the macaroni in salted water according to the package instructions. When the macaroni is almost done, add the sour cream to the sauce and stir. You can also add a little ketchup and the seasonings at this point. Drain the macaroni; do not rinse it. Add the macaroni to the sauce and stir carefully and slowly. Finally, sprinkle some chives over the top and place 2 basil leaves on top. Enjoy! This is my first recipe; I’m 13 years old!
