Rice balls with minced meat

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 200 g minced meat
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 packet of rice (express)
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp oil (sunflower)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the garlic and onion. Finely dice the onion and crush the garlic with a press. Wash the parsley, pat dry, and finely chop. Place the minced meat, garlic, onion, parsley, and egg in a large bowl and mix everything well. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Now add the rice and season to taste. Finally, sprinkle in the breadcrumbs and mix everything well again. Form the minced meat into small balls. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown on all sides. Serve hot. Serve with a sweet and spicy Thai sauce.
