Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels (turkey medallions)
- 1 pack of Camembert(s)
- 2 spring onions
- 250g spaghetti
- 2 carrots (depending on size)
- 2 thin zucchini
- Clarified butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook spaghetti al dente. Season the schnitzels and fry in clarified butter. Remove from the pan and place in a baking dish. Slice the spring onions into rings (including the green part) and arrange them on top of the schnitzels. Finally, top each piece of meat with a few slices of Camembert. Briefly bake until the cheese has melted. Cut the zucchini and carrots into very thin strips (“spaghetti-like”) and sauté until al dente. Mix with the cooked spaghetti and serve with the baked meat.
