Quick vegetable spaetzle pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of mixed vegetables (buttered vegetables), frozen
  • 500 g spaetzle (ready-made or homemade)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 150 g cheese, grated (Emmental)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, fry the buttered vegetables in a nonstick pan according to the package instructions. Add the finely chopped spring onions and fry briefly. Then add the spaetzle, mix everything well, and continue frying briefly. Finally, sprinkle the grated Emmental cheese over the vegetables and spaetzle over low heat, mix with the vegetables and spaetzle, and let it melt.
