Artichokes – Pasta Dumplings – Pan

The perfect artichokes – pasta dumplings – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Artichoke hearts
  • 4 Pc. Cherry tomatoes panicles
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 500 g Egg-Free pasta
  • 1 pinch Pepper salt
  • 1 El Creme Vega
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  1. Cut the artichoke hearts (fresh) into fine strips. Fry in olives. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, cover with a lid and steam for about 10 minutes. Dice tomatoes and add to the artichokes. Continue to steam and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Drain and fold into the artichokes. Fry briefly and arrange on a plate. Put a dollop of Creme Vega on top and enjoy
