Artichokes – Pasta Dumplings – Pan
The perfect artichokes – pasta dumplings – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Pc. Artichoke hearts
- 4 Pc. Cherry tomatoes panicles
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 500 g Egg-Free pasta
- 1 pinch Pepper salt
- 1 El Creme Vega
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Cut the artichoke hearts (fresh) into fine strips. Fry in olives. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, cover with a lid and steam for about 10 minutes. Dice tomatoes and add to the artichokes. Continue to steam and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Drain and fold into the artichokes. Fry briefly and arrange on a plate. Put a dollop of Creme Vega on top and enjoy
