Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g chicken breast
- 50 ml sesame oil or olive oil
- 250 g Chinese egg noodles (Mie noodles)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 1 bunch of leeks
- 300 g carrot(s)
- 1 piece(s) ginger (small piece)
- 10 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 small Chinese cabbage
- salt and pepper
- 1 handful of herbs, chopped
- 3 pinch(s) spice mix (Chinese spice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes
Briefly fry the meat in a wok with sesame oil. Remove from the wok. Chop the vegetables and stir-fry in the wok for 10 minutes with a little sesame oil. Prepare the mie noodles according to the package instructions. Add the noodles to the vegetables and fry for about 4 minutes. Return the meat to the wok, add soy sauce, and season to taste.
