Chinese fried noodles with chicken breast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 50 ml sesame oil or olive oil
  • 250 g Chinese egg noodles (Mie noodles)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bunch of leeks
  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 1 piece(s) ginger (small piece)
  • 10 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 small Chinese cabbage
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 handful of herbs, chopped
  • 3 pinch(s) spice mix (Chinese spice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Briefly fry the meat in a wok with sesame oil. Remove from the wok. Chop the vegetables and stir-fry in the wok for 10 minutes with a little sesame oil. Prepare the mie noodles according to the package instructions. Add the noodles to the vegetables and fry for about 4 minutes. Return the meat to the wok, add soy sauce, and season to taste.
