Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken fillet(s)
  • 300 g vegetables, of your choice, Italian or Greek (frozen)
  • 1 can of crème fraîche
  • 1 point Gnocchi
  • Herbs, as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brown the chicken, add the frozen vegetables, and simmer for a few minutes over slightly lower heat. Stir in the crème fraîche and finally stir in the gnocchi. This works best in a wok.
