Minute steaks from the oven

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 minute pork steaks
  • 4 tomatoes, aromatic
  • 150 g fried onions
  • 2 packs of processed cheese slices (Chester)
  • 1 bottle of garlic sauce (approx. 200 ml)
  • 1 bottle of cocktail sauce, approx. 200 ml
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche, approx. 150 – 200 g
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Slice the tomatoes. Place the steaks on the sheet and generously top with tomato slices, fried onions, and cheese. Mix the sauces with the crème fraîche and crushed garlic and spread over the meat. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan oven) and cook for approximately 30-40 minutes. Serve with rice and baguette.
