with cheese sauce

Peel and dice the potatoes, and place them in a pot of boiling salted water. Separate the cauliflower florets and add them to the potatoes. Finally, add the broccoli florets to the pot. Simmer everything for 10 minutes. In the meantime, sauté the onion in a pan until translucent, add the minced meat, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then stir in the processed cheese and cream. Simmer briefly until the cheese has melted. Stir in enough milk to reach the desired consistency. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and a little nutmeg. Grease a baking dish, drain the vegetables with a slotted spoon, and place them in the dish. Spread the minced cheese mixture on top, followed by the grated cheese. Bake the whole thing at 180°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is nice and crispy.
