  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ tbsp broth powder, instant
  • 1 bunch of carrots
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 500 g peas, frozen
  • 1 class can/n Tomato paste, approx. 80 g
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche, approx. 200 g
  • 1 cup(s) water
  • Oil for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

You’ll need a large pan with a lid! First, dice the onions, then fry them well in oil with the minced meat. While the meat is frying, spread the stock powder over the minced meat. Peel the carrots and potatoes, then slice the carrots and dice the potatoes. Once the minced meat is well browned, add 1 cup of water to the pan. Then add the carrots and potatoes to the pan. Cook everything at medium heat for about 25 minutes. When the potatoes have reached the desired consistency, stir in the frozen peas and let simmer for a moment longer. Once everything is cooked, add the tomato paste and crème fraîche to the pan, stir well, and season with salt and pepper.
